### Şeffaf ciltler için kurallar:

1. Dış görünüm ve içeriği arka planla (beyaz, siyah, mavi) birleşmemelidir.
2. Cilt'in içeriği büyük miktarda boş alan değildir.
3. Çerçevenin kenarı resmin kenarıyla temas etmelidir.
4. PNG Formatı, 512x512 veya 1024 x 1024.
5. Mevcut cilt için 500 pts maliyeti.
